Serve as the first point of contact for patients at HMG. Responsible for accurate registration, patient support, invoice generation, appointment scheduling, and maintaining quality patient interactions from arrival to departure.

Ensures safety, asepsis, and documentation throughout the sterilization life cycle while promoting a clean, patient-safe environment.
Perform advanced CT scan procedures with precision and minimal supervision. Ensure patient safety, image quality, and radiology compliance while supporting the diagnostic team and enhancing patient care experiences in a hospital setting.
Responsible for implementing therapeutic nutrition plans created by Clinical Dietitians. Conduct patient rounds, assess food preferences and allergies, supervise food service quality, and participate in menu development and nutritional education within a hospital setting.
Provide nutritional therapy to inpatients by applying dietetic assessments, personalized plans, and therapeutic diets. Educate patients, families, and healthcare teams. Support departmental and hospital standards including CBAHI and HACCP compliance to enhance nutrition care outcomes.
Provide holistic, safe, and effective nursing care to medically ill and surgical patients during pre- and post-operative stages. Ensure timely coordination of multidisciplinary services as per HMG and international standards (JCIA/CBAHI).
Provide advanced psychiatric diagnosis, treatment, and patient care using professional skills, leadership, and clinical judgement. Engage in department-wide quality improvement, education, and ensure adherence to medical ethics as a senior psychiatrist under HMG.
Provide high-quality, safe, and effective patient-centered nursing care to pre- and post-operative medical patients. Work in compliance with HMG policies, perform clinical procedures, monitor patient status, and engage in multidisciplinary teamwork in line with JCIA/CBAHI standards.
