Description
Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a western educated, Group Chief Nursing Officer for their client in UAE which owns and operates hospitals, medical centers and day surgery centers across UAE and the GCC. The vacancy is based in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 15 to 18 years of experience out of which the recent 5 to 7 years must be as a Chief Nursing Officer within a multispecialty hospital setting with a total minimum bed count of 250+.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations:
• Overall operation and supervision of the nursing services of the group of hospitals
• Report directly to the CEO
• Provide strategic leadership for nursing services across multiple facilities
Government & Regulatory Affairs:
• Deal with all government and healthcare related issues pertaining to nursing
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across the group
• Liaison with healthcare authorities
Group Management:
• Oversee nursing operations across hospitals, medical centers and day surgery centers
• Manage nursing services across UAE and GCC operations
• Ensure consistent standards and quality across all facilities
Requirements
• Western educated
• Minimum 15-18 years of experience
• Recent 5-7 years must be as a Chief Nursing Officer within a multispecialty hospital setting
• Total minimum bed count of 250+
• Candidates with UAE experience are preferred
• Alternative: Overseas candidates with experience as a CNO within a large hospital setting may also apply
Compensation
Salary: AED 60,000 to 70,000 (negotiable) plus family benefits
