Description
Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a native Arabic speaking, western trained, Board certified, Fellowship trained Consultant Urogynecologist for their client in Dubai which is a multispecialty hospital looking to expand current Urogynecology services. With two da Vinci Xi platforms and Urodynamics equipment, the client is set to expand clinical services in this area. The client provides comprehensive health services of the highest quality in an atmosphere of humane care, dignity, and respect.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care:
• Direct care to a full range of patients experiencing urogynecologic complaints, including but not limited to urinary incontinence and prolapse
• Work in outpatient setting, preparing patients for surgery and operations (open laparoscopic, vaginal, robotic surgery)
• Provide in-house coverage for seeing patients
• Responsible for postoperative care and all outpatient follow up
Quality & Improvement:
• Participate in ObGyn, Hospital Performance and Safety Improvement activities
Advanced Technology:
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment including two da Vinci Xi platforms and Urodynamics equipment
Requirements
• Native Arabic speaking
• Western trained
• Board certified, Fellowship trained Consultant Urogynecologist
• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Board Certified in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery
• Experience in minimally invasive surgery, including robotic surgery is a MUST to qualify for this vacancy
Compensation
Salary: AED 100,000 per month plus family benefits and incentives
