Description
Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Consultant Psychiatrist for their client in Dubai which is a reputed mental health outpatient clinic. We are looking for Consultant Psychiatrists with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of PQE. You will work directly with patients suffering from a range of mental health conditions and provide an excellent standard of practice and care.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Assessment:
• Work directly with patients suffering from a range of mental health conditions
• Provide an excellent standard of practice and care
• Assess patients by reviewing their mental and physical health, background and current social situation
• Review thoughts and past health issues, as well as any potential risk factors
Treatment Planning & Management:
• Decide on suitable psychiatric treatment plans for patients
• Include a mix of psychological, medical and social interventions in collaboration with other health professionals
• Prescribe medication when necessary, monitor and review treatment regularly
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• Work closely within, or lead, a multidisciplinary team of health professionals
• Collaborate with psychiatric nurses, psychologists and occupational therapists
Requirements
• Minimum 8-10 years PQE
• Excellent knowledge of physiology, anatomy, psychology, pharmacology and mental health law
• Awareness of the social factors that influence mental health
• Ability to work within or lead multidisciplinary teams
Compensation
Salary: AED 75,000 per month plus revenue share and family benefits
Note: Salary is negotiable and commensurate with candidate's experience.
