Description
Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a western educated Tier 1 or Tier 2 Consultant Psychiatrist for the position of an Adult Psychiatrist for their client in Dubai which is a reputed international wellness center catering to mental health treatments for adults. We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 12 to 15 years PQE out of which the current 5 years must be in Dubai or UAE, preferably in a private clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Assessment & Treatment:
• Evaluate, assess and establish plans for patients
• Develop pathway to recovery for mental health patients
• Perform diagnosis and treatment of patients with anxiety, dementia, depression, eating disorders, personality disorders, PTSD, and OCD
Clinical Expertise:
• Highly competent in pharmacological and non-pharmacological approaches
• Provide recommended treatments being combination of medication, social interventions and psychological approaches
• Deliver good standard of practice and care for mental health patients
Team Collaboration:
• Work as part of multidisciplinary team of Psychiatrists, Psychologists and qualified Allied Mental Health professionals
• Collaborate effectively within wellness center environment
Treatment Modalities:
• Apply both pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment approaches
• Integrate medication, social interventions and psychological treatments
• Customize treatment plans based on individual patient needs
Requirements
• Western educated
• Tier 1 or Tier 2 Consultant Psychiatrist
• Adult Psychiatrist position
• Minimum 12-15 years PQE
• Current 5 years must be in Dubai or UAE, preferably in a private clinic
• Experience in treating mental health disorders
• Good standard of practice and care for mental health patients
• Highly competent in pharmacological and non-pharmacological approaches
Compensation
Salary: Up to AED 60,000 per month plus incentives
