Consultant Pediatric Hematologist - BMT (Abu Dhabi)

Description
Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a western educated, Tier 1, DOH licensed Consultant Pediatric Hematologist for their client in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for Physicians who are either DOH, DHA or MOH licensed and have a minimum of 5 to 7 plus years of PQE experience in BMT. Tier 1 qualified, Board Certified and Fellowship trained candidates would be preferred for this vacancy.
Key Responsibilities
Pediatric Hematology Care:
• Provide comprehensive pediatric hematology consultation and treatment
• Manage complex pediatric blood disorders and malignancies
Bone Marrow Transplantation:
• Perform and oversee bone marrow transplantation procedures
• Manage pre and post-transplant care for pediatric patients
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BMT team care
Clinical Excellence:
• Deliver specialized care for pediatric hematologic conditions
• Ensure optimal patient outcomes in BMT procedures
• Maintain expertise in latest BMT techniques and protocols
Requirements
• Western educated
• Tier 1, DOH licensed (DOH, DHA or MOH licensed acceptable)
• Minimum 5-7+ years PQE experience in BMT
• Tier 1 qualified, Board Certified and Fellowship trained preferred
• Preferred qualifications: ABMS, CCT, CCST, RCPSC, CFPC, M Med, CMSA, FRC, CSCST
• Must have Tier 1 Fellowship in Pediatric Hematology
• Must have BMT experience to qualify for this vacancy
• Note: Candidates without the mentioned years of experience would not qualify for this vacancy
• Alternative: Western educated, non-licensed overseas candidates who meet the above requirements and have experience in BMT may also apply
Compensation
Salary: AED 80,000 per month plus incentives and family benefits
Note: Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with experience.
