Description
Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Board Certified, Fellowship trained Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary and Multi-Organ Transplant Surgeon for their client in Dubai which is a super specialty hospital. We are looking for Surgeons who are Board certified and hold a Fellowship in Abdominal Transplant and Hepatopancreatobiliary Surgery, preferably American Board or CCT and have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience as a transplant surgeon.
Key Responsibilities
Transplant Surgery:
• Part of team consisting of HPB/Transplant Surgeons performing renal transplants
• Perform liver and kidney transplantation including organ retrievals
• Conduct multi-organ transplants
• Perform deceased donor liver, kidney, and pancreas transplantation
• Execute living donor transplantation (kidney and liver)
HPB Surgery:
• Surgical management of benign and malignant HPB diseases
• Perform laparoscopic HPB surgery
• Provide operative ablative therapy
Advanced Surgical Techniques:
• Minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery
• Robotic surgery procedures
• Laparoscopic donor nephrectomy
Preferred Experience
• Multi-organ transplants
• Deceased donor liver, kidney, and pancreas transplantation
• Laparoscopic donor nephrectomy
• Pediatric transplantation exposure
• Surgical management of benign and malignant HPB diseases
• Laparoscopic HPB surgery
• Living donor transplantation (kidney and liver)
• Operative ablative therapy
Requirements
• Board Certified, Fellowship trained
• Fellowship in Abdominal Transplant and Hepatopancreatobiliary Surgery
• Preferably American Board or CCT
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience as transplant surgeon
• Fully trained in Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary surgery, liver and kidney transplantation including retrievals
• Additional clinical expertise in minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgery
Compensation
Salary: AED 150,000 plus family benefits plus incentives
Note: Salary is negotiable and commensurate with candidate's experience.
