Clinical Psychologist (DHA Licensed)

Description
Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a western trained, DHA licensed Clinical Psychologist for their client in Dubai which is a wellness center (in patient and out patient). We are looking for DHA licensed Psychologists with a minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Dubai within a mental health facility.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Services:
• Provide individual, group, or family therapy to address a wide range of mental health concerns
• Conduct psychological assessments (interviews, tests, observations) to identify and diagnose mental health conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans involving psychotherapy, counseling, or other therapeutic interventions
Crisis Management:
• Provide immediate support and intervention during mental health crises
Consultation & Collaboration:
• Offer guidance and support to other healthcare professionals on psychological issues and patient care
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Professional Development & Research:
• Participate in research activities
• Provide training and education to other staff
• Stay current with advancements in the field of clinical psychology
Documentation & Administration:
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation
• Prepare treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
Requirements
• Western trained
• DHA licensed
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Dubai within mental health facility
Compensation
Salary: Up to AED 40,000 per month plus incentives
