Description
Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Clinical Psychologist - Addiction for their client in Dubai which is a reputed mental health facility. We are looking for Clinical Psychologists with a minimum of 10 to 12 years of PQE within addiction and substance abuse.
Key Responsibilities
Support & Recovery:
• Provide a support system for people with drug and alcohol problems, eating disorders and other behavioral issues
• Teach individuals how to modify their behavior with the intention of full recovery
Assessment & Treatment Planning:
• Meet clients to evaluate their health and substance problem
• Identify issues and create goals and treatment plans
Therapeutic Interventions:
• Teach clients coping mechanisms
• Lead group therapy sessions
• Provide individual counseling and support
Family Involvement:
• Meet with family members and provide guidance and support
• Include family in the recovery process
Requirements
• Minimum 10-12 years PQE within addiction and substance abuse
• Experience in addiction psychology and substance abuse treatment
• Ability to work with individuals and groups in recovery settings
Compensation
Salary: AED 35,000 per month
