Description
Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Consultant Child Psychiatrist and Chief Operating Officer for their client in Dubai which is a new cutting edge mental health facility for children. We are looking for Consultant Child Psychiatrists with a minimum of 12 to 15 years of PQE and experience in an administrative leadership role within an inpatient pediatric mental health facility. This is a senior management and clinical role.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management:
• Lead the facility as Chief Operating Officer
• Serve as integral part of executive leadership team
• Provide senior management and clinical oversight
Clinical Governance:
• Recommend and implement clinical policies and procedures
• Supervise providers and other clinical staff
• Ensure continuous quality improvement program is administered in all clinical activities
Community & Partnership Development:
• Serve as representative for organization in fostering partnerships throughout communities they serve
• Collaborate with other medical professionals within the medical community
Facility Development:
• Lead operations within new cutting-edge mental health facility for children
• Apply experience in setting up or working in new mental health facilities
Requirements
• Consultant Child Psychiatrists
• Minimum 12-15 years PQE
• Experience in administrative leadership role within inpatient pediatric mental health facility
• Senior management and clinical role capability
• Preferred: Candidates with experience in setting up new mental health facility or work experience in new mental health facility
Compensation
Salary: AED 80,000 per month plus family benefits
