Description
Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for their client in Riyadh which is a large healthcare group that owns and operates multiple hospitals and medical centers. We are looking for western trained, native Arabic speaking, preferably a Saudi National with 22 to 25 years of experience within large healthcare settings and at least 5 to 8 years as a CEO in the current role, within a large healthcare group in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
• Ensure alignment of hospital system goals and objectives
• Formulate and execute regional growth strategy for both in-patient and out-patient services
• Develop short and long-range management and organization plans
• Set clear direction with leaders, managers and establish a culture of accountability
Operational Excellence:
• Continued development of Organizational Excellence through supportive culture for process improvement
• Ensure streamlined workflow and patient flow with goal-oriented focus
• Maintain accreditation and licensure standards
• Ensure operational and financial reports are prepared for regularly scheduled meetings
• Ensure best practice, evidence-based approaches for exceptional, well-coordinated care delivery
Compliance & System Collaboration:
• Implement ethics and compliance program throughout the organization
• Collaborate with system peers on system-wide initiatives to reduce redundancies
• Capitalize on sharing high performing resources across the system
Relationship & Community Engagement:
• Establish effective collaborative relationships to foster growth plans
• Develop and maintain relationships with medical staff to meet community health needs
• Build community relationships and business partnerships
• Operate as visible leader in facility, system, and community
Organizational Development:
• Build and maintain high performing leadership environment
• Prioritize effective identification and selection processes for hiring talent
• Responsible for quality improvement and organizational effectiveness programs
Requirements
• Western trained
• Native Arabic speaking
• Preferably Saudi National
• 22-25 years of experience within large healthcare settings
• At least 5-8 years as CEO in current role
• Experience within large healthcare group in Saudi Arabia
Compensation
Salary: SAR 110,000 per month plus family benefits and bonus
