What You’ll Do

As a Surgical Technologist, you’ll play a critical role in successful surgical outcomes. You will:

• Serve as a surgical scrub person, preparing instruments and supplies
• Assist the team before, during, and after procedures
• Maintain accuracy in all procedural steps
• Work closely alongside surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia professionals to deliver safe, efficient, and quality care

What You’ll Need

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Surgical Technician Certification
• Current CPR card
• Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing surgical team

Preferred:

• Previous operating room experience
