American Hospital Dubai is seeking a professional and welcoming Customer Service Executive to manage our front desk operations. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience through efficient patient registration, appointment scheduling, and cashiering, all while adhering to our high standards of service and JCI protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete patient registration process, including check-in, updating information in the EMR, and verifying insurance details.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently, handling cancellations and transfers as needed.
• Perform cashiering duties, including processing payments, issuing receipts, explaining billing details, and liaising with insurance and finance departments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, directing patients, handling inquiries, and managing phone calls.
• Ensure all relevant documents are scanned and patient records are kept confidential and up-to-date.
• Uphold all hospital policies and JCI standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and professional environment.
• Promptly address and document patient requests, complaints, or problems, notifying the clinic manager for immediate action.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably within a hospital setting.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and cashiering skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and ability to handle multi-line phone systems.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and JCI standards is preferred.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
