NMC Maysaloon is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assistant Nurse to join our Outpatient Department (OPD). Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing patient-centered care, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Registered Nurse in implementing nursing care plans and providing direct patient care.
• Help patients with activities of daily living, such as distributing meals and assisting with personal hygiene.
• Observe patients and report any significant changes in their condition to the Registered Nurse immediately.
• Reinforce instructions given to patients by physicians and Registered Nurses.
• Document care provided in the patient's record under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
• Schedule follow-up appointments, facilitate tests, and help arrange patient transportation as required.
• Respond to emergencies according to organizational policies and initiate emergency assistance when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc) or Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM).
• Must hold a valid MOH license to practice as an Assistant Nurse in Sharjah.
• Previous experience in an OPD or clinic setting is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
